The gong bath meditations will be about one hour. Value exchange is £20 per session, payable on booking. As Karma is a purpose-built studio, it’s just perfect for our needs, with mats and bolsters provided, so you’ll only need to bring a light blanket and a small cushion for your head.

Then you simply lie down, calm and comfortable, as powerful waves of glorious sound lead you on a beautiful journey into deep relaxation.
